☛ How simple is it to create campaigns and map out a customer journey? 

☛ What about drag and drop editors? 

☛ Do you have to build HTML email templates? Can you preview templates?

☛ Is it responsive?

It all boils down to what works for you, but make sure you have the right resources and skill set to match your CRM platform. 

Q2: Can it grow with my business? 

This is one of the most important and overlooked aspects of choosing a CRM platform. 

☛ Can the software scale with your fintech? 

☛  Can you easily upgrade and adapt it to meet your fintech’s needs as it grows and evolves? 

Your CRM strategy should never be short-term. You need to think about how your platform can adapt and grow with your strategy so that you don’t have to migrate to a new platform every other year.

Q3: On-premises or cloud-based?

You need to know if you want your data stored on a server (on-premises) or online via the cloud (also known as a SaaS solution). 

A cloud-based solution allows you to manage and access your data from anywhere. If that doesn’t work for your fintech, do your research and choose an on-premises data storage solution that is secure and manageable.

Q4: Is it secure? 

As a fintech, your main challenge is ensuring the customers trust your brand with their finances, so the last thing you want is for your customer data to come under threat. The result would be reputational damage that’s often impossible to recover from. Always consider what security measures each CRM system has before making a purchase.

Q5: Is it compatible with existing systems and third-party apps?

If you want your fintech’s operations streamlined, we need to talk about CRM integration. Make sure your CRM platform easily intergrates with other trusted solutions to save you time and stress in the future. 

Check what third-party apps the CRM system supports and find out how they can provide greater functionality and customisation. 

Q6: Is it mobile-friendly?

With 81% of CRM clients using the software from multiple devices, you need a mobile-friendly CRM because every marketer wants to manage their customer base on the go and increase efficiency.
