The Challenge

Shojin is a property investment platform that provides opportunities for global investors to gain exceptional returns. To grow its investor base and assets under management, Shojin wanted to focus on high-value investors, a goal that required expanding its marketing activity.

The Solution

We started by compiling an extensive keyword list, covering highly relevant and loosely related topics while implementing comprehensive end-to-end tracking.


We then progressed through several bid optimisation stages: initially focusing on clicks, then conversions, cycling from top to middle-of-funnel, and ultimately transitioning to value-based optimisation across the entire funnel. This helped to build up the volume and quality of data over time whilst also incrementally developing our bid strategies to improve the quality of user acquisition.

While bid optimisation became more sophisticated, we also refined the keyword list, removing the poorest-converting and low-value keyword sets. Finally, we were able to begin analysing geographic-level data to hone in on hotbed areas of the UK for high-value property investors.
